Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items bought online within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused (unworn, unwashed), in original packaging, and with all original garment tags still attached. Footwear should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and any postal labels.
Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We recommend that you send the parcel fully tracked and insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are packaged well. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time you post your order for your return (depending on the courier service you use, this may take longer) or exchange to be processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fragile goods such as magazines, books or and items such as swimwear or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Download, print and complete our Returns Form.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of your return including your full name and order number as it appears on your order email confirmation or delivery note.
- Package your return securely with your returns form and insured to the full value of the contents and use a tracked shipping method.
- Send your return to the return address below.
To make an exchange follow the return steps above. When emailing us clearly state what item, size and colour you would like as your exchange. This way we can hold your requested item until your return arrives. We send out all exchanges free of charge.

Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages “Returned Items”, this should be written on the customs note and package. Eighty Eight Store will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Failure to write this and your return will take longer to process.
Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the 7 day "cooling off period" from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like or for store credit. Please contact us for further information.
CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS
Any unwanted gifts bought online in December can be returned for a refund provided you let us know by email by the 1st January and the items are received at our return address by the 7th of January. Sale items bought in this period can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
